Alliance Service expanded to offer staff training in the nationally recognized TIPS® Alcohol Awareness management program and also offers quality assurance assessments that measure staff performance, service and product consistency.
ID Checks

Sanitation Walk-Through
Based on best practice of sanitation principles, arranged visits by ServSafe® certified personnel inspect your facility in between official county inspections.
Alcohol Awareness Training
TIPS® training is appropriate for clerks, servers, bartenders, hosts, security, managers, owners, and board of directors; private/public clubs, and fraternal organizations. Learn to recognize the progressive signs of intoxication, behavioral cues, when and how to slow or cut-off service, and strategies to stop underage drinking.
On-Premise Training*
Appropriate for restaurants, bars, taverns, nightclubs, catering halls, golf clubs, and fraternal organizations. Off-Premise Training
Designed for grocery, convenience and liquor stores. When the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) orders an off-premise licensee to train their staff, the TIPS® Off-Premise or On-Premise Training satisfies the MLCC requirement.** Concessions*
